Els ajuntaments beneficiaris donaran publicitat de les ajudes percebudes en els termes establits en l&#8217;article 8.1 de la Llei 19\/2013, de 9 de desembre, de Transpar\u00e8ncia, acc\u00e9s a la informaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i bon govern; aix\u00ed com en l&#8217;article 23 de la Llei 1\/2022, de 13 d&#8217;abril, de la Generalitat, de transpar\u00e8ncia i bon govern de la Comunitat Valenciana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitjan\u00e7ant Resoluci\u00f3 de data 28 de juny de 2026 de la CONSELLERIA DE MEDI AMBIENT, INFRAESTRUCTURES, TERRITORI, I DE LA RECUPERACI\u00d3, publicada en el DOGV no 10395 d&#8217;1 de juliol de 2026, s&#8217;acorda concedir la subvenci\u00f3 per a l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 del Fons Estrat\u00e8gic Municipal de Prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;Incendis i Gesti\u00f3 Forestal als ajuntaments de la Comunitat Valenciana per a l&#8217;exercici 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Figurant en l&#8217;Annex I -Relaci\u00f3 realitzar amb c\u00e0rrec a la subvenci\u00f3 atorgada en atenci\u00f3 a la mem\u00f2ria t\u00e8cnica emesa, seran d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 i manteniment dels tractaments silv\u00edcoles definits per a les \u00e0rees forestals en el Pla Local de lluita contra els incendis forestals a Sant Joan d&#8217;Alacant, que hauran d&#8217;estar realitzades i justificades davant la<br>CONSELLERIA DE MEDI refer\u00e8ncia es dona publicitat a la subvenci\u00f3 atorgada mitjan\u00e7ant la inserci\u00f3 d&#8217;este anunci en la WEB Municipal \u2013 \u00faltimes not\u00edcies- i en l&#8217;\u00c0rea de Medi Ambient, en la Seu Electr\u00f2nica, Tauler d&#8217;anuncis i en el Portal de Transpar\u00e8ncia- Ajudes i Subvencions .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Sant Joan d&#8217;Alacant en la data de la firma electr\u00f2nica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">El Regidor de Medi Ambient<br>Nicol\u00e1s L\u00f3pez L\u00f3pez<br>Delegaci\u00f3 efectuada per
