\nEl regidor d’Urbanisme, Sergio Agueitos, al costat d’un equip de t\u00e8cnics de l’Ajuntament de Sant Joan, van visitar la Finca Palmeretes la setmana passada per elaborar un informe que avaluara la seua situaci\u00f3 i aix\u00ed treballar r\u00e0pidament en les actuacions concretes per a garantir la seua conservaci\u00f3.\n<\/p>\n

\nL’immoble, que figura des de fa anys en el Cat\u00e0leg Municipal com ben protegit del municipi amb un nivell de protecci\u00f3 parcial, es troba en un estat d’aband\u00f3 lamentable. Els danys ocasionats pels actes vand\u00e0lics dels \u00faltims anys sumats a la virul\u00e8ncia de les flames de les \u00faltimes setmanes han accentuat la degradaci\u00f3 d’aquest ben patrimonial de finals del segle XIX, fins a tal punt que la seua preservaci\u00f3 suposa una \u00e0rdua tasca.\n<\/p>\n

\nDes de l’any 2012, l’Ajuntament de Sant Joan venia advertint a Liberbank S.A, l’empresa propiet\u00e0ria, perqu\u00e8 complira amb les obligacions que per llei li corresponen, en termes de responsabilitat de conservaci\u00f3 i manteniment. Despr\u00e9s dels recents esdeveniments, el banc es va posar en contacte amb la Regidoria d’Urbanisme per a expressar la seua voluntat de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la intenci\u00f3 de c\u00f3rrer amb les despeses de les mesures necess\u00e0ries per a garantir la seguretat de la finca. L’expressa autoritzaci\u00f3 per a entrar a la finca per part de l’Ajuntament ha perm\u00e9s procedir a l’execuci\u00f3 d’urg\u00e8ncia de les obres de manteniment.\n<\/p>\n

\nPalmeretes ha sigut v\u00edctima de l’espoli, aband\u00f3 i deteriorament a qu\u00e8 ara se li est\u00e0 posant fre per mitj\u00e0 de diverses mesures que parteixen de l’esbrosse, desenrunament i retirada de mobles i altres estris combustibles, apuntalament del forjat del semisoterrani, l’encegat provisional dels buits en els closos, aix\u00ed com el paredat de portes i finestres. Tot a\u00e7\u00f2 amb la finalitat d’evitar futures agressions i conservar un dels edificis m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tics del patrimoni hist\u00f2ric de la localitat.\u00a0\n<\/div>\n
