No obstant a\u00e7\u00f2, la revisi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest pla va comen\u00e7ar a tramitar-se l&#8217;any 2003 i, fins avui, han sigut necess\u00e0ries dues aprovacions provisionals (2010 i 2013) i quatre exposicions p\u00fabliques (2007, 2008, 2010 i 2013).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Des de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 provisional de 2010 fins a l&#8217;any actual \u201cs&#8217;han anat resolent diferents exig\u00e8ncies plantejades per l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 auton\u00f2mica\u201d, segons assenyala Santiago Rom\u00e1n, regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme i portaveu municipal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Per a Rom\u00e1n, \u201cel treball realitzat per l&#8217;equip redactor, comandat per l&#8217;arquitecte Juan Carlos Maj\u00e1n, amb els t\u00e8cnics municipals del Departament d&#8217;Urbanisme i Medi ambient, aix\u00ed com la bona disposici\u00f3 dels t\u00e8cnics i responsables pol\u00edtics de *Conseller\u00eda, han sigut fonamentals per a poder esmenar tots aquells aspectes que dificultaven l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 del Pla General\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Amb aquesta aprovaci\u00f3 definitiva, \u201cl&#8217;objectiu de l&#8217;Ajuntament passa per avan\u00e7ar en les principals \u00e0rees de desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic-laboral i poder comen\u00e7ar amb el projecte de la Universitat Cat\u00f2lica, aix\u00ed com donar llum verda al desenvolupament del Parc Empresarial, en el qual ja s&#8217;est\u00e0 treballant\u201d va afegir el portaveu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Segons Rom\u00e1n, \u201cel cam\u00ed no ha sigut f\u00e0cil perqu\u00e8 quedaven molts obstacles per salvar, per\u00f2, l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 d&#8217;haver realitzat m\u00e9s d&#8217;una quinzena de despla\u00e7aments a Val\u00e8ncia juntament amb l&#8217;alcalde, Manuel Aracil, i els t\u00e8cnics municipals, ha donat per fi els seus fruits\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12px\">En la imatge (d&#8217;esquerra a dreta): Juan Carlos Maj\u00e1n (Redactor del PGOU), Santiago Rom\u00e1n (Regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme de Sant Joan d&#8217;Alacant), Juan Giner (Director General d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 Ambiental i Territorial de la Conseller\u00eda d&#8217;Infraestructures, Territori i Medi ambient), Javier Sogorb (Director Territorial de la Conseller\u00eda a Alacant).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">En el mandat de l&#8217;actual Corporaci\u00f3 Municipal, ha sigut suficient una aprovaci\u00f3 i una exposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica per a poder aprovar definitivament en Pla General d&#8217;Ordenaci\u00f3 Urbana (PGOU).
