{"id":81730,"date":"2020-04-01T10:20:28","date_gmt":"2020-04-01T10:20:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/santjoan.developersasapglobalsolution.com\/modificacio-de-les-habilitacions-per-a-obertura-comercial-de-diumenges-i-festius-durant-el-periode-de-setmana-santa\/"},"modified":"2020-04-01T10:20:28","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T10:20:28","slug":"modificacio-de-les-habilitacions-per-a-obertura-comercial-de-diumenges-i-festius-durant-el-periode-de-setmana-santa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santjoandalacant.es\/ca\/modificacio-de-les-habilitacions-per-a-obertura-comercial-de-diumenges-i-festius-durant-el-periode-de-setmana-santa\/","title":{"rendered":"MODIFICACI\u00d3 DE LES HABILITACIONS PER A OBERTURA COMERCIAL DE DIUMENGES I FESTIUS DURANT EL PER\u00cdODE DE SETMANA SANTA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La pr\u00f2rroga de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma suposa&nbsp;que&nbsp; \u00e9s impossible que hi haja increment de visitants durant la&nbsp;&nbsp;Setmana Santa&nbsp; ja que es mantenen:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La reducci\u00f3 de la mobilitat de les persones.<\/li>\n<li>La prohibici\u00f3 de la circulaci\u00f3 de vehicles privats, excepte per a acudir des del seu domicili al treball, o en els sup\u00f2sits excepcionats, entre els quals no es troben els despla\u00e7aments a les segones resid\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<li>La reducci\u00f3 de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i percentatge dels sistemes de transports p\u00fablics de viatgers per a evitar despla\u00e7aments pel territori nacional.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>La prohibici\u00f3 d&#8217;atracada de vaixells en els ports nacionals, de l&#8217;aterratge d&#8217;avions en els aeroports espanyols i la prohibici\u00f3 d&#8217;entrada de persones per les fronteres terrestre.<\/li>\n<li>La prohibici\u00f3 d&#8217;obertura d&#8217;hotels i altres establiments d&#8217;allotjament tur\u00edstic, i la possibilitat de realitzar reserves d&#8217;allotjament en aquests.<\/li>\n<li>La limitaci\u00f3 de determinades activitats de comer\u00e7 minorista.<\/li>\n<li>La prohibici\u00f3 de l&#8217;obertura de bars i restaurants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per aquest motiu &nbsp;la Conselleria d&#8217;Economia Sostenible, Sectors Productius, Comer\u00e7 i Treball, per la qual es modifiquen les habilitacions per a l&#8217;obertura comercial de diumenges i festius durant el per\u00edode corresponent a la Setmana Santa i Pasqua establits en Resoluci\u00f3 de 4 d&#8217;octubre&nbsp; de 2019.(Resoluci\u00f3 30 de mar\u00e7):<\/p>\n<p>a) <strong>Suspendre les habilitacions per a l&#8217;obertura comercial al p\u00fablic dels dies 5 d&#8217;abril, diumenge de Rams, i 12 d&#8217;abril de 2020, Diumenge de Pasqua,<\/strong> per ra\u00f3 de tractar-se de dies de major aflu\u00e8ncia tur\u00edstica en la Comunitat Valenciana, en aplicaci\u00f3 del que es disposa en l&#8217;article 18.1 de la Llei 3\/2011, de 23 de mar\u00e7, de comer\u00e7 de la Comunitat Valenciana, ja que durant la duraci\u00f3 d&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma han desaparegut totes les circumst\u00e0ncies i les causes que van motivar l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3 inicial.<\/p>\n<p>b) <strong>Habilitar el dilluns 13 d&#8217;abril, Dilluns de Pasqua, per a l&#8217;obertura comercial al p\u00fablic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>c)<strong> Mantindre el dia 10 d&#8217;abril, Divendres Sant, habilitat per a l&#8217;obertura comercial al p\u00fablic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dogv.gva.es\/datos\/2020\/04\/01\/pdf\/2020_2766.pdf\">http:\/\/www.dogv.gva.es\/datos\/2020\/04\/01\/pdf\/2020_2766.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pr\u00f2rroga de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma suposa&nbsp;que&nbsp; \u00e9s impossible que hi haja increment de visitants durant la&nbsp;&nbsp;Setmana Santa&nbsp; ja que es mantenen:&nbsp; La reducci\u00f3 de la mobilitat de les persones.
