El Servei Municipal va enviar mitjan\u00e7ant sms, l&#8217;anunci de l&#8217;obertura de la convocat\u00f2ria que inicialment es tancava el 31 de mar\u00e7. Entre el 26 i el 13 de mar\u00e7 es van tramitar 92 sol\u00b7licituds que van suposar diverses atencions de cadascuna d&#8217;elles, entre lliuraments de formularis, explicaci\u00f3 de requisits, cites per a tramitaci\u00f3 i realitzaci\u00f3 de les sol\u00b7licituds. Des del 15 de mar\u00e7 que va comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma pel Covid-19, fins a l&#8217;1 de juny, el proc\u00e9s de tramitaci\u00f3 de les ajudes va quedar paralitzat. Es van realitzar 50 sol\u00b7licituds m\u00e9s des de l&#8217;1 de juny fins al 17 de juny que es tancava el nou termini, m\u00e9s 8 tramitacions d&#8217;expedients ja oberts per a incloure documents no aportats. En total s&#8217;han <strong>tramitat 150 sol\u00b7licituds d&#8217;Ajudes al Lloguer 2020 a persones o unitats familiars de Sant Joan d \u0301Alacant. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 10.55pt 12.7pt 0pt 13.2pt; text-align: justify;\">Des de la publicaci\u00f3 del Reial decret llei 8\/2020, de 17 de mar\u00e7, de mesures urgents extraordin\u00e0ries per a fer front a l&#8217;impacte econ\u00f2mic i social del COVID-19, es van enviar 48 email amb informaci\u00f3 de la primera ajuda anunciada referent al cr\u00e8dit ICO al costat d&#8217;un model de sol\u00b7licitud de morat\u00f2ria que redactem per a complir amb els requisits de l&#8217;Ordre a les persones que ens ho han sol\u00b7licitat, m\u00e9s 177 atencions telef\u00f2niques sobre les novetats en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;habitatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 10.8pt 12.7pt 0pt 13.2pt; text-align: justify;\">A partir del dia 5 de maig i fins al 30 de juny, es va obrir termini per a sol\u00b7licitar les AJUDES URGENTS Al LLOGUER PER LA SITUACI\u00d3 EXCEPCIONAL PER COVID-19. S&#8217;han enviat 126 email amb la informaci\u00f3 sobre requisits, documentaci\u00f3 requerida i formularis necessaris per a sol\u00b7licitar-la i citant als ve\u00efns interessats per a tramitar aquesta ajuda de manera presencial en el Servei Municipal d&#8217;Habitatge. En el termini marcat s&#8217;han realitzat 43 sol\u00b7licituds, m\u00e9s 10 tramitacions de lliurament de documentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;expedients oberts, la qual cosa suposa un total de <strong>53 tramitacions d&#8217;ajudes covid 19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 10.8pt 12.7pt 0pt 13.2pt; text-align: justify;\">El regidor d&#8217;habitatge JAVIER S\u00c1NCHEZ,\u201d va remarcar la important labor realitzada des del servei municipal d&#8217;habitatge, en aquests tres mesos d&#8217;estat d&#8217;alarma, on en total s&#8217;han prestat 428 atencions, tant en ajudes a lloguer, com en orientaci\u00f3 i assessorament sobre les mesures d&#8217;habitatge aprovades per l&#8217;Estat( morat\u00f2ria hipotec\u00e0ria , pr\u00e9stecs *ico per a ajudes lloguer, etc), i s&#8217;han tramitat ajudes, per a 203 fam\u00edlies.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 25 de febrer de 2020 es publicava en el DOGV la resoluci\u00f3 per la qual es convocaven les Ajudes al Lloguer.
