El consell d’administraci\u00f3 de Persones i Ciutat ha aprovat traure a licitaci\u00f3 el projecte de les obres pendents del sector Nou Nazareth per unanimitat dels presents. Les obres tindran un termini d’execuci\u00f3 de 6 mesos i el seu cost ser\u00e0 d’una mica m\u00e9s de 4.200.000 euros.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

La finalitzaci\u00f3 del PAI Nou Nazareth cont\u00ednua segons l’itinerari previst, despr\u00e9s de l’aprovaci\u00f3 del mateix en el ple de novembre i la licitaci\u00f3 de la direcci\u00f3 facultativa el mes de juny, el consell d’administraci\u00f3 ha aprovat ara traure a licitaci\u00f3 el projecte de les obres pendents del sector.<\/p>\n

El contracte s’adjudicar\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant procediment obert i el termini per a la presentaci\u00f3 d’ofertes ser\u00e0 de 26 dies h\u00e0bils comptat a partir de l’endem\u00e0 a la publicaci\u00f3 de l’anunci de licitaci\u00f3 en la Plataforma de Contractaci\u00f3 del Sector P\u00fablic.<\/p>\n

El cost total del projecte ser\u00e0 d’uns 4.200.000 euros i el seu termini d’execuci\u00f3 est\u00e0 previst que siga de 6 mesos a comptar des de la signatura de l’acta de replanteig. La licitaci\u00f3 exclou la l\u00ednia el\u00e8ctrica de *Cantalar a Alacant, el promotor de la qual \u00e9s Iberdrola i les millores deixades de fer per l’anterior urbanitzador. Requereix classificaci\u00f3 del contractista grup G, vials i pistes, Subgrup 4, categoria F.<\/p>\n

El plec valorar\u00e0 baixa, millores i coneixement de l’obra, metodologia de treball, planificaci\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 proposades que s’exposen de forma molt completa i detallada i estiguen degudament justificades. Es requerir\u00e0 una puntuaci\u00f3 m\u00ednima en l’estudi t\u00e8cnic perqu\u00e8 l’oferta econ\u00f2mica es puga tindre en compte.<\/p>\n

El PAI Nou Nazareth \u00e9s un projecte que es va iniciar en 2003 a iniciativa d’un urbanitzador privat i es va paralitzar en 2010 amb les obres inacabades. En 2015 l’Ajuntament aconsegueix rescindir el contracte amb l’urbanitzador original, despr\u00e9s d’una retaxaci\u00f3 en 2013, i encarregar la realitzaci\u00f3 d’un nou PAI a l’empresa municipal Persones i Ciutat.<\/p>\n

Aquesta aprovaci\u00f3 suposa un pas m\u00e9s en la posada en marxa de nou de les obres d’aquest PAI i la consolidaci\u00f3 del nucli urb\u00e0 entorn de les dotacions p\u00fabliques m\u00e9s rellevants del municipi, l’hospital i la universitat. Tamb\u00e9 millora les comunicacions amb la platja de Sant Joan, augmentant el mercat d’habitatge protegit i ampliant els espais verds en el municipi.<\/p>\n

L’edil d’Urbanisme i Consellera Delegada de Persones i Ciutat Eva Delgado va assenyalar \u201c la import\u00e0ncia del pas donat hui en el consell, recalcant l’ampli consens obtingut per quasi totes les forces pol\u00edtiques\u201d aix\u00ed mateix va manifestar \u201cla import\u00e0ncia d’aquest sector urban\u00edstic per a millorar la qualitat de vida dels ciutadans i ciutadanes de Sant Joan, la connexi\u00f3 amb la platja de Sant Joan i la creaci\u00f3 de zones verdes, aix\u00ed com la seua import\u00e0ncia per a reactivar el sector despr\u00e9s de la crisi sanit\u00e0ria generada pel COVID-19.\u201d<\/p>\n
