Per a aix\u00f2 es proposa una <b>doble via<\/b>: ajudes per a finan\u00e7ar <b>la renda d&#8217;arrendament<\/b> de l&#8217;habitatge habitual i <b>ajudes als propietaris<\/b>, amb la finalitat d&#8217;estimular la posada en el mercat d&#8217;habitatges amb preus assequibles, i adequades a les necessitats i condicions econ\u00f2miques de l&#8217;usuari.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\">Es tracta d&#8217;ajudes <b>directes<\/b><\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\"> <a name=\"_Hlk66957180\">a les persones f\u00edsiques<\/a><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\"> amb dificultats econ\u00f2miques, arrendat\u00e0ries del habitatge habitual en el terme de Sant Joan , que <\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\">no hagen sol\u00b7licitat o b\u00e9, no hagen resultat benefici\u00e0ries d&#8217;ajudes estatals o auton\u00f2miques que tingueren la mateixa finalitat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\">Per\u00f2 aix\u00ed mateix es vol <\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\">definir les condicions i procediment a seguir per a la sol\u00b7licitud i concessi\u00f3 d&#8217;ajudes <b>destinades als propietaris<\/b> d&#8217;habitatges situats en el municipi amb la finalitat que les oferisquen en r\u00e8gim de lloguer<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\">\u201c<i>Todo aix\u00f2 ha de regular-se en dues Ordenances Municipals<\/i>\u201d -comenta Javier S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda, regidor d&#8217;Habitatge i Participaci\u00f3 Ciutadana- \u201c<i>i <b>desitgem que la participaci\u00f3 de la ciutadania siga important<\/b> per a poder plasmar en la redacci\u00f3 de totes dues ordenances tant les necessitats de la poblaci\u00f3 com aquelles propostes que puguen enriquir l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes ajudes<\/i>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif\">Les persones que vulguen <b>participar<\/b> poden fer-ho tant a trav\u00e9s de la <b>Seu Electr\u00f2nica<\/b>, com de manera presencial en el <b>Registre d&#8217;Entrada<\/b>.
