FASE CONSULTA P\u00daBLICA. ELABORACI\u00d3 I APROVACI\u00d3 ORDENAN\u00c7A REGULADORA DE PRESTACIONS ECON\u00d2MIQUES INDIVIDUALS EN MAT\u00c8RIA DE SERVEIS SOCIALS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

L’Ajuntament de Sant Joan d’Alacant, a proposta de la regidoria delegada de Serveis Socials, amb car\u00e0cter previ a l’elaboraci\u00f3 d’ORDENAN\u00c7A REGULADORA DE PRESTACIONS ECON\u00d2MIQUES INDIVIDUALS EN MAT\u00c8RIA DE SERVEIS SOCIALS, obri termini de 10 dies h\u00e0bils, a trav\u00e9s del Registre General, en la seu electr\u00f2nica o presencialment en les oficines municipals, per a recaptar l’opini\u00f3 dels subjectes i de les organitzacions m\u00e9s representatives potencialment afectats per la futura norma sobre:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

a ) Problemes a solucionar:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

En l’exercici de les compet\u00e8ncies pr\u00f2pies d’aquest ajuntament es concedeixen prestacions econ\u00f2miques individualitzades destinades a cobrir les necessitats b\u00e0siques i pal\u00b7liar les situacions d’urg\u00e8ncia social i desprotecci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com promoure l’autonomia personal de les persones m\u00e9s vulnerables. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

S\u00f3n ajudes diner\u00e0ries directes que tenen per objecte pal\u00b7liar temporalment l’abs\u00e8ncia o insufici\u00e8ncia d’ingressos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La concessi\u00f3 d’aquestes ajudes es fa de manera individualitzada i directa basada en criteris professionals, destinades a pal\u00b7liar conting\u00e8ncies extraordin\u00e0ries que es puguen presentar a persones o unitats familiars i que hagen de ser ateses amb immediatesa.
\nNo obstant aix\u00f2, la modalitat de concessi\u00f3 directa de les ajudes, amb aquesta ordenan\u00e7a es pret\u00e9n donar compliment als principis de publicitat, transpar\u00e8ncia, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nb) Necessitat i oportunitat de la seua aprovaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Amb aquesta Ordenan\u00e7a es pret\u00e9n garantir a la ciutadania l’acc\u00e9s a les ajudes sota el principi de \u201cpublicitat, transpar\u00e8ncia, concurr\u00e8ncia, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminaci\u00f3\u201d, aix\u00ed com el sotmetiment de la seua gesti\u00f3 a l’efici\u00e8ncia en l’assignaci\u00f3 i utilitzaci\u00f3 dels recursos p\u00fablics.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nc) Objectius de la norma.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Definir les condicions i requisits per a l’acc\u00e9s a les prestacions econ\u00f2miques individualitzades, aix\u00ed com regular el procediment i tramitaci\u00f3 per a la seua concessi\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nd) Possibles solucions alternatives reguladores i no reguladores. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No \u00e9s estrictament necess\u00e0ria aquesta regulaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 es tracta d’atendre casos singulars i excepcionals, fundat en informe del departament de serveis socials.
\nNo obstant aix\u00f2, \u00e9s convenient regular aquestes ajudes directes que definisca de manera objectiva els criteris i procediment per a la seua concessi\u00f3, per a respectar els requisits d’equitatividad i just\u00edcia social.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
