L&#8217;Oficina Municipal d&#8217;Habitatge de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Sant Joan d\u00b4Alacant tramitar\u00e0 aquestes ajudes al carrer Canyaret, 24, gr\u00e0cies al conveni signat amb la Conselleria d&#8217;Habitatge, pel qual, l&#8217;oficina municipal s&#8217;integra en la Xarxa Xaloc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoQuote\" style=\"text-align:justify\">Als ve\u00efns de Sant Joan d\u00b4Alacant interessats se&#8217;ls oferir\u00e0 informaci\u00f3 dels requisits, del procediment i de la documentaci\u00f3 exigida, a m\u00e9s de facilitar els formularis necessaris. Despr\u00e9s de verificar els requisits i amb tota la documentaci\u00f3 recopilada, els sol\u00b7licitants hauran de sol\u00b7licitar cita pr\u00e8via telefonant al 965939625 o en <a href=\"mailto:vivienda@personasyciudad.es\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">vivienda@personasyciudad.es<\/span><\/a> per a realitzar la sol\u00b7licitud de manera presencial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoQuote\" style=\"text-align:justify\">L&#8217;Edil d&#8217;Habitatge, JAVIER S\u00c1NCHEZ (PSOE), \u201cva destacar la import\u00e0ncia que el Servei Municipal, tramite aquestes ajudes, facilitant aix\u00ed la gesti\u00f3 de les mateixes a tota la ciutadania del municipi, i va avan\u00e7ar que en breu el municipi tamb\u00e9 disposar\u00e0 de les seues pr\u00f2pia l\u00ednia d&#8217;ajudes, i incentius per a promoure el lloguer a Sant Joan\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Les ajudes es concedeixen per un per\u00edode de 24 mesos i la quantia podr\u00e0 aconseguir el 40%, 45% o 50% de la renda del lloguer segons circumst\u00e0ncies. Les persones sol\u00b7licitants han de complir els seg\u00fcents requisits per a poder sol\u00b7licitar aquestes ajudes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">a) <\/span><\/span>Hauran de posseir DNI o NIE.<span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">b) <\/span><\/span>Ser titular, en qualitat de persona arrendat\u00e0ria, d&#8217;un contracte d&#8217;arrendament d&#8217;habitatge formalitzat en els termes de la Llei 29\/1994, de 24 de novembre, d&#8217;Arrendaments Urbans o titular d&#8217;un contracte d&#8217;habitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">c) <\/span><\/span>Que l&#8217;habitatge o habitaci\u00f3 arrendada constitu\u00efsca la resid\u00e8ncia habitual i permanent de la persona arrendat\u00e0ria i unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">d) <\/span><\/span>Que la suma dels ingressos de les persones que integren la unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia, consten o no com a titulars del contracte d&#8217;arrendament, siguen iguals o inferiors a tres vegades IPREM. Existeixen excepcions: fam\u00edlies nombroses, persones amb discapacitat i v\u00edctimes de terrorisme. En aquests casos determinats, els ingressos poden ser de 4 o 5 vegades el IPREM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">e) <\/span><\/span>Que l&#8217;habitatge objecte del contracte d&#8217;arrendament ho siga per una renda igual o inferior a 600 \u20ac. En cas d&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 no pot superar 300 \u20ac.<span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">f) <\/span><\/span>Que les persones que tinguen el seu domicili habitual o permanent en l&#8217;habitatge, consten o no com a titulars del contracte, acrediten uns ingressos m\u00ednims de 0,3 vegades el IPREM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Tindran prioritat les persones que es troben en alguna de les seg\u00fcents circumst\u00e0ncies:<span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">a)&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>Estar afectades per procediments de desnonament, execuci\u00f3 hipotec\u00e0ria o daci\u00f3 en pagament que hagen tingut lloc en els \u00faltims 5 anys.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">b) <\/span><\/span>Tinguen la condici\u00f3 de fam\u00edlia monoparental amb fills, sempre que no existisca pensi\u00f3 compensat\u00f2ria, ni segon progenitor que aporte ingressos i que en conjunt no superen anualment 1 IPREM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">c) <\/span><\/span>Fam\u00edlies Nombroses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">d) <\/span><\/span>Dones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">e) <\/span><\/span>V\u00edctimes del terrorisme durant els dos anys anteriors a la convocat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">f) <\/span><\/span>Persones amb diversitat funcional, sensorial o cognitiva, amb un grau de discapacitat declarat igual o superior al 33 per 100.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">g) <\/span><\/span>Persones joves extutelades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">h) <\/span><\/span>Persones exconvictes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">i) <\/span><\/span>Persones o unitats de conviv\u00e8ncia afectades per situacions catastr\u00f2fiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">j) <\/span><\/span>Unitats de conviv\u00e8ncia en qu\u00e8 totes les persones es troben en situaci\u00f3 de desocupaci\u00f3 i hagen esgotat les prestacions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">k) <\/span><\/span>Unitats de conviv\u00e8ncia en les quals alguna persona assumeix la p\u00e0tria potestat, tutela o acolliment familiar permanent del menor orfe per viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">l) <\/span><\/span>Dones en situaci\u00f3 de necessitat o en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3, especialment quan tinguen fills menors exclusivament al seu c\u00e0rrec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">m)<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;Persones que visquen soles els ingressos de les quals estiguen constitu\u00efts, \u00fanicament, per prestacions a c\u00e0rrec de les administracions p\u00fabliques i que en conjunt no superen anualment 1 IPREM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">La quantia de l&#8217;ajuda podr\u00e0 aconseguir el 40% de la renda de lloguer que conste en el contracte d&#8217;arrendament i 50% per a joves i majors de 65 anys.<span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">
